Volunteers

The Belgian Transplantoux Games bring together hundreds of participants for a weekend of festivities in honour of donors, recipients and their families. This fantastic event is made possible by the efforts of many volunteers who are happy to contribute to something special and impactful.

Although September 2025 may seem far away, now is the time to sign up as a volunteer so that you or your organization can participate as a volunteer in this great event.

Often volunteers invite their friends and family to join in this experience. We also welcome businesses, service clubs, sports teams and other organizations who would like to partner with us to support our great event.

What do volunteers do?

There are many ways you can help, from greeting and assisting our athletes to helping out at games and special events. Each volunteer shift lasts a few hours and you can choose any available volunteer activity that interests you.
