Register

Registrations are not open yet.

Register before August 25th!

Everyone must register, including sympathizers and children. Registration must be done per person, not per family.

Parents can register their children under the age of 12 using the child registration form.

Regulations for participation in competitions

In order to participate in the competitions of the Belgian Transplantoux Games, each participant must:

  • Either have been transplanted for at least 12 months and have a normally functioning organ, or are on dialysis. Bone marrow transplant recipients can also participate. Donors are also welcome to participate.

  • Submit medical certificate (via the registration form).

  • Have paid the registration fee before the payment deadline (25/08/2025).

Cancellation

Transplantoux will not reimburse any costs in the event of cancellation of registration for the Belgian Transplantoux Games, except for medical reasons.

Transplantoux will reimburse the costs according to the rules below and upon presentation of a medical certificate.

  • Up to 15 days before the start: 100%

  • Less than 15 days before the start: 0%
