Dates
The Belgian Transplantoux Games are primarily a meeting and sports moment for everyone who has undergone an organ transplant, for donors and people on dialysis. Because we want to focus on their health, recovery and visibility, the following priority and order principle applies to registrations: Every transplant recipient, donor and dialysis patient has absolute priority for registration, regardless of the chosen discipline ( more info )
From August 25, 2025, no changes will be possible regarding registration for competitions (with the exception of cancellation for medical reasons)
Participants who wish to cancel their registration for an event must report this to the person responsible for the event (“captain”) as early as possible and no later than 1 hour before the start of the event.
Medals and Certificates
Unique to the Belgian Transplantoux Games is the Transplantoux medal.
Everyone who participates in 2 events (recreational event, initiation or competition) will receive a unique Transplantoux Medal. This also applies to sympathizers. These will be awarded on Sunday at the end of the day during the closing ceremony.
Competitions: per event, participants who achieve 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in their age category will receive a Belgian Transplantoux Games certificate.
